Q. Where does Plants For Friends Deliver?

A. We deliver within a 20km radius of Cottesloe. This includes over 120 suburbs in Perth! If you are unsure if we can deliver to the suburb you require, please check with us.

Q. How does it all work?

You select the category of plant that you believe suits the occasion. We choose a healthy and attractive plant depending on our available stock. If you have a special request, please email PRIOR to ordering. We can often find what you need!

Q. When does Plants For Friends deliver?

A. We deliver Monday to Friday and weekends on request. We will often post on our social media that we are delivering all weekend  when we are staffed to do so..

Q. What is the delivery fee?

A. We charge a flat rate fee of $15 to cover our time and fuel. This is for delivery within a 20km radius of Cottesloe. 

Q. What if the plant I want is not pictured?

A. Plants and pots pictured are a guide only and subject to availability. We will always adhere to the guidelines of the category you select. However, we can not guarantee a particular type of plant will be delivered. If you do have a special request, please contact us and we will see how we can help you.

Q. How do I send a card message with my gift?

A. Plants For Friends provides gift card (featuring our plants) with every delivery. Please include your card message when placing your order.

Q. How will my plant/my friend's plant survive?

A. This is the big question... we provide care instructions with every plant as all plants have different needs. We are nature-lovers to the core and want our plants to survive for years to come. So, we provide pots with drainage, potting mix with slow release fertiliser, and detailed care instructions.

Q. Does Plants For Friends have colourful pots?

A. We adhere to a neutral aesthetic, so our potted plants are able to fit in to most settings. We generally pot in black, white or grey. All pots have drainage and bases.

Q. What if my friend isn't home for delivery?

A. We will leave the gift in a safe place. If we are not able to leave the plant in a safe place, or if we are unable to enter a building (eg. a gated apartment) we will need to charge for re-delivery at the next possible date.
